“I want to be a successful streamer”
In order to be an OP streamer, there is one thing for certain, I need to be alive. Even though, I don’t have to be in top physical condition to perform this activity, being in poor condition will most likely negatively affect my mood which will hurt my efforts at becoming an effective leader.
By improving the quality of my body, I will improve the quality of my life and subsequently the lives of the people who follow my lead.
Sitting for more than 8 hours a day with little to no activity is a very dangerous habit. Studies have shown that 60-75 minutes of a moderately to intense workout a day can counter the effect. At the very least, taking a break every 30 minutes will help with fatigue.
“But it’s going to be hard”
The vocabulary I use is very convincing and my body will believe me. It will also manipulate me away from whatever it is I don’t really want.
My entire life is soon going to change for the better.
First thing I need to do is convince my body to operate as I command it. My body will obey as long as I take the lead and convince it that I want it.
“My enthusiasm fades quickly”
I will not hesitate, ponder, or debate, this gives my mind time to sabotage me. I will plan the day ahead to counter this attack.
Tip: When I wake up, I count backwards from 5 then run to the shower.
I take moments to imagine myself doing an activity and loving it. Imagine how happy I am and when it actually gets tough, I convince my that it’s only temporary. I’m taking back control of my body and being the boss.
“I don’t know where to start”
I can make it easier on myself if I haven’t moved in awhile, by doing ten minutes of a fitness routine or walking three days in my first week to prevent injury.
Focusing on my posture and breath can keep my mind busy from all that thinking.
Finding fun activities that mix up a routine can be helpful especially at the 3 week mark when my body goes back with another assault to my intelligence. I imagine myself as a ninja training for the zombie apocalypse.
Consult your medical provider before you follow my lead and try any new physical routine.
